Once you place your order, your furniture will be put on the workroom schedule. Once we receive and inspect the fabric, we will schedule a time to pick up your furniture. The typical time workroom time is 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project.

Yes, we provide free in-home estimates. At the appointment, we’ll go over all of the details, including the type of work needed such as foam replacement, wood cleaning, and spring and frame maintenance, or any custom requirements. Plus, we will quote the amount of fabric and labor costs.
